Anne Marie joined Fold Housing in 2025 and brings over 30 years of experience working as a senior finance professional in semi-state and non-profit organisations in Ireland.

Anne Marie began her career as an auditor with Aer Lingus and subsequently held senior finance positions in AIB, Xerox, the HSE, SEAI, Tuath, Sonas DV and most recently was the CFO for Fast Track into IT.

She obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 1989 and qualified as an accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 1995.

She also holds a Certificate in Housing Studies from IPA/Smurfit Business College, a post graduate Diploma in IT for Accountants from DCU and qualifications in Project Management.
