Denis was appointed Chief Executive in 2019. Denis has twenty years’ experience at CEO level in the corporate sector both nationally and internationally. After studying Commerce in Cork University, he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and later took an MSC in Strategic Management Practice at Trinity College. Later in his career, Denis trained as an executive coach and managed his own coaching and consulting business for many years. Denis has also been a member, at board level, of several Approved Housing Bodies and Charities in the Disability and Ageing Sectors. Denis is also Chairperson of Acquired Brain Injury Ireland since 2017. He was a member of the Housing SPC for Kildare CC and Committee Member of Kildare Chamber of Commerce. AS CEO, Denis is focused on keeping the vision and mission as the focal point when meeting the organisation’s strategic goals.
In her position as Director of Development, Tina is responsible for the procurement and delivery of the Associations development programme.This includes sourcing new business and development opportunities, the procurement of land and building contracts, purchasing new and off the shelf properties. Tina has gained over 20 years’ experience in this field working for leading Housing Associations in the UK, where she had responsibility managing a wide variety of development projects and programmes from inception through to completion.Tina is a member of the ICSH Council and also is on the Board of the Irish Council for Social Housing.
Urs joined Fold Housing as Head of Finance in 2017. Prior to that, Urs held senior finance positions as Chief Financial Officer for various multinational and national companies both in Ireland and abroad in a range of sectors including construction, charities, manufacturing, hotels and food processing. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He also holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Scotland.
Martina Conroy holds a Masters Degree in dementia studies from Sterling University. Martina has 20 years’ experience working with and caring for the elderly. Martina has been working with Fold Housing Housing Association since 2006. Martina was initially employed as a Senior Care Worker, and in 2007 became Housing with Care Manager at Anam Cara. In 2012 Martina was appointed as Fold Housings’ Care Service Manager for both Anam Cara and Cherryfields Housing with Care Schemes which cares for 112 Residents. She has since been promoted to Head of Care Services. Martina also sits on the Local Placement Panel with the HSE, Geriatrician and Social Workers for Dublin area.
Rosaleen holds a Bachelor of Arts (honours) in Applied Social Studies in Social Care. She was employed by Fold in 2009 as a senior care worker and was appointed to Housing with Care Manager in Cherryfield in 2012. Rosaleen has worked in the care environment for the past 12 years, primarily with frail elderly in residential settings including dementia care. She also is experienced working with children and people with disabilities in residential settings.
Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts (honours) in Applied Social Studies in Social Care.
