In her position as Director of Development, Tina is responsible for the procurement and delivery of the Associations development programme.This includes sourcing new business and development opportunities, the procurement of land and building contracts, purchasing new and off the shelf properties.

Tina has gained over 20 years’ experience in this field working for leading Housing Associations in the UK, where she had responsibility managing a wide variety of development projects and programmes from inception through to completion.Tina is a member of the ICSH Council and also is on the Board of the Irish Council for Social Housing.
