Kathleen (Kath) Cottier – Chief Executive Officer
Kath was appointed as CEO in January 2023. She has over 20 years of experience working in the Irish Housing Association sector; leading development, property and housing teams. Prior to Fold, at Executive level in Clúid Housing, she was responsible for front-line services and working to lead the organisations strategic development and growth as well as contribute to strengthening the Housing Association sector. Kath holds a MA in Geography from Glasgow University, diplomas in Urban Development (Strathclyde University) and Property and Facilities Management (Irish Property and Facility Management Association) and an MSc in Management Practice from the Irish Management Institute and University College Cork. Kath is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, currently serving on their Ireland Board. She is also a founding member of the Construction Defects Alliance lobbying for financial redress for individuals and Housing Associations who bought defective homes that don’t meet building standards.
Tina Donaghy- Director of Development
In her position as Director of Development, Tina is responsible for the procurement and delivery of the Associations development programme.This includes sourcing new business and development opportunities, the procurement of land and building contracts, purchasing new and off the shelf properties. Tina has gained over 20 years’ experience in this field working for leading Housing Associations in the UK, where she had responsibility managing a wide variety of development projects and programmes from inception through to completion.Tina is a member of the ICSH Council and also is on the Board of the Irish Council for Social Housing.
Anne Marie Gavin- Director of Finance & Corporate Services
Anne Marie joined Fold Housing in 2025 and brings over 30 years of experience working as a senior finance professional in semi-state and non-profit organisations in Ireland. Anne Marie began her career as an auditor with Aer Lingus and subsequently held senior finance positions in AIB, Xerox, the HSE, SEAI, Tuath, Sonas DV and most recently was the CFO for Fast Track into IT. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 1989 and qualified as an accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 1995. She also holds a Certificate in Housing Studies from IPA/Smurfit Business College, a post graduate Diploma in IT for Accountants from DCU and qualifications in Project Management.
Martina Conroy-Director of Housing and Care Services
Martina Conroy holds a Masters Degree in dementia studies from Sterling University. Martina has 20 years’ experience working with and caring for the elderly. Martina has been working with Fold Housing Housing Association since 2006. Martina was initially employed as a Senior Care Worker, and in 2007 became Housing with Care Manager at Anam Cara. In 2012 Martina was appointed as Fold Housings’ Care Service Manager for both Anam Cara and Cherryfields Housing with Care Schemes which cares for 112 Residents. She has since been promoted to Head of Care Services. Martina also sits on the Local Placement Panel with the HSE, Geriatrician and Social Workers for Dublin area.
