Kevin is Managing Director of Cogent Associates, a leading Dublin‑based construction consultancy. With over 25 years’ experience across the property and construction sectors, he has led the firm’s growth and delivered major housing, heritage, commercial and infrastructure programmes. A former President of the SCSI (2022–2023), Kevin oversaw governance and audit functions and worked closely with government and industry on sustainable delivery models and housing policy. He currently represents the SCSI on the Construction Sector Group and Construction Industry Council. Kevin brings strong governance capability, strategic insight and cross‑sector leadership experience.
